Paper submissions must be made through EasyChair by selecting "Author", "New Submission", and "WS: OSETAI", which is listed as a track of FOIS 2026. The submission deadline is 3rd June 2026. For accepted manuscripts, camera-ready versions are needed within 31st July 2026.

We will apply a single-blind review process with a minimum of three reviews per paper.

Formatting and templates

Submissions must adhere to the one-column LaTeX CEURART style. An overleaf template is also available (see here). Word or LibreOffice ODT formats are not permitted!

Following CEUR-WS policy, authors must "declare and detail the specific contributions of any GenAI tools and services used in the preparation of their work." A section on "Declaration on Generative AI" is required following the template; this is needed even if you have made no use of generative AI - then you make a declaration stating this in that section.

Publication

Proceedings will be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online Open Access publication in the JOWO 2026 volume in the IAOA series. This series is indexed by SCOPUS and DBLP. See also the previous editions of the JOWO proceedings. After acceptance, the authors must submit the accepted paper for publication, including:

  1. A PDF of the camera-ready version of the paper in the CEURART style;
  2. A zip file containing the LaTeX source of the paper along with the required libraries for compilation (images, tables, references);
  3. A signed author agreement (to be provided).

All items are required; missing items will cause the withdrawal of the paper. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and participate in the workshop for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The JOWO proceedings editor reserves the right to exclude papers that are not presented.
