[Summary] [Vision] [Call for papers] [Organization] [Submission] [Programme] [Registration] Workshop on Ontology and Semantics of Explanations and Trustworthy AIOSETAI 2026 is a workshop about the formal representation and characterization of explanations and trust. It is part of JOWO 2026 and is co-organized by the Horizon Europe project DigiPass CSA. The proceedings will be published in the CEUR-WS series as part of the JOWO 2026 proceedings. This is the first workshop organized under this name. The direct precursors to OSETAI are DAO-XAI (Data meets Applied Ontologies in Explainable AI), held in 2021 and 2024, and DCLXVI (Designing the Conceptual Landscape for a XAIR Validation Infrastructure), held in 2024. Precursor events to DAO-XAI had already been part of JOWO 2017 (DAO 2017 Workshop) and JOWO 2019 (DAO-SI 2019 Workshop). Important dates:

In 2025, for orientation, the early registration fee for JOWO was €350, and the early registration fee for JOWO+FOIS was €650.
